Refund and Returns Policy

No Returns

All ticket sales are final. Event tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred once purchased unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.

No Refunds

All payments made for event tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of personal plans
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Late arrival
  • Weather conditions (unless the event is officially canceled)
  • Incorrect ticket selection made by the customer

Event Cancellation

In the event that an event is canceled by the organizer, refund eligibility will be determined according to the organizer’s policy. If refunds are authorized by the organizer, they will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will generally remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be provided unless specifically authorized by the event organizer.

Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing all event details, ticket types, dates, times, and pricing before completing a purchase. We are not responsible for tickets purchased in error.
